  • Q: Do I need to bring my own gun, or can I rent one from you
    A: You can bring your own firearm if you have one, but if not, we offer firearm rentals so you can still participate in the training

  • Q: I’ve never touched a firearm before—will I feel out of place in class
    A: Not at all! Our instructors work with complete beginners all the time. We’ll guide you through everything at a comfortable pace

  • Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my training
    A: Since we train outdoors, we recommend dressing for the weather. If conditions become unsafe, we’ll reschedule or adjust accordingly

  • Q: Can I use reloaded or steel-cased ammo for training
    A: No, we require factory-manufactured brass-cased ammunition for safety and reliability reasons

  • Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to take a class
    A: Yes, the minimum age varies by course, but for most classes, participants must be at least 18. Minors may participate with a parent or guardian’s approval

  • Q: How much time will we actually spend shooting versus classroom instruction
    A: It depends on the class, but typically, concealed carry courses have more classroom time, while live-fire courses have more hands-on range training

  • Q: What’s the difference between your private lessons and group classes
    A: Private lessons are one-on-one and customized to your needs, while group classes follow a structured curriculum with multiple students

  • Q: Can I bring my own holster and practice drawing from it
    A: Yes, but we will check it for safety first. If it’s not range-safe, we’ll provide recommendations

  • Q: Do I need to have my concealed carry permit before taking a live-fire class
    A: No, you don’t need a permit to train with us, but if you’re taking a concealed carry course, you’ll receive the training needed to apply for one

  • Q: How many people are typically in a group class
    A: Class sizes vary, but we keep them small to ensure personalized instruction and safety

  • Q: What if I’m left-handed? Will the training be different for me
    A: Nope! We accommodate both right- and left-handed shooters and will help you find techniques that work best for you

  • Q: Are your instructors certified, and what experience do they have
    A: Yes! Our instructors are certified professionals with years of experience in firearm safety and defensive training

  • Q: Will I get a certificate after completing a course
    A: Yes, most of our courses provide a certificate of completion, including concealed carry training

  • Q: How soon can I take another class after completing my first one
    A: As soon as you’re ready! Many students choose to take additional courses to build on their skills
