Return and Shipping policy

Returns & Exchanges

All products sold by Boolits Builders LLC are manufactured and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company. Each product is made just for you, which means we do not keep inventory or ship items ourselves.

We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. If your order arrives with a printing error or physical defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior contact and authorization will not be accepted.

Production & Shipping Time

Because each item is made just for you, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to make your product. After it's made, shipping takes another 3 to 4 business days.

So in total, your order should arrive within 5 to 25 business days after it’s been made.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preferences

Please review size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email and we will walk you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item unless the return is due to a misprint, defect, or damage. We do not provide prepaid return labels except in those cases.

This includes instances of verbal abuse, insubordination, or any conduct that hinders the positive learning atmosphere we strive to maintain.​ If we find that your attitude is not conducive to a safe and respectful training environment, we reserve the right to deny our services. We are dedicated to fostering a professional and respectful training atmosphere and will take necessary action to uphold these standards
